Karla is an experienced teacher, teaching weekly classes and courses, retreats, private lessons, workplace wellness programmes and teacher trainings over a 20-year period.
Her student base and experience is diverse, many of her students have studied with her for over 15 years. She is a natural innovator, dedicated to evolving, and refining practice so that it is relevant to everyday life. Offering the mentoring sessions arises out of the understanding of how having a mentor herself for over 20 years has nourished a life long and sustaining teaching practice. She brings all her experience, care and enthusiasm to the sessions.
